Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and daily accounting transactions.

* Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting financial documents.

* Record daily expenses and ensure accurate data entry in accounting records.

* Assist in bank reconciliations and account statement verification.

* Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

* Support the preparation of financial reports and Excel-based statements.

* Coordinate with the Accounts & Finance Department for routine accounting activities.

* Assist senior accountants with month-end closing and other assigned accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in B.Com or BBA.

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data management.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

* Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems will be an advantage.

* Strong numerical, organizational, and analytical skills.

* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
