We provide end-to-end solutions in logistics, storage, financing, and data & analytics, enabling a seamless and efficient supply chain ecosystem. We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency across departments, and aligning operations with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee key functions including logistics

• Identify opportunities to improve processes

• and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and scalability.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance across all operational departments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.
• Drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Build and lead high-performing teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in operations
• supply chain
• or general management roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Operations Management
• or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong understanding of supply chain
• logistics
• and business operations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and teams.
• Excellent leadership
• strategic thinking
• and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in agri-commodities or marketplace platforms is a plus.
